Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with Pakhi Pay. Since we offer a SaaS service, our refund policy is as follows:

1. Subscription Refunds

You can request a refund within 7 days of your first purchase if the service does not work as described. After 7 days, no refunds will be processed.

2. Payment Automation

Pakhi Pay only provides automation software. We are not responsible for any money sent to your personal numbers. If a customer demands a refund from you, you must handle it through your own business policies.
